The notepads, which come with 50 each, come in tons of designs. There are seasonal scenes like hearts, pumpkins, apples, turkeys, stars, snowmen and Christmas trees. There are classroom useful scenes like crayons, buses, sunshines and bears. My son’s favorite is the overflowing treasure chest. My daughter’s favorite is the horse, of course.

Why is this Mom so giddy over notepads? These fun notepads make kids want to write.

I let my kids pick out a set for each season. When they have mastered a new spelling word, they can write it on a Shapes Etc. notepad sheet and hang it on the pantry doors. They love showing off all of their new words.

I’ve also used the notepads to encourage students to write stories. Following a trip to the orchard, I gave each of my students eight apple notepad sheets. They wrote a sentence about something they learned on each of the apples and stapled them together to make their own unique apple orchard books.

I’ve also used these notepads sheets to have my kids write thank you notes for gifts they’ve received. A Christmas tree is a fun background for a thank you note for a Christmas gift and a treasure chest is a fun way to say “I treasure your gift.”

The back of each pack of Shapes Etc. notepads offers several ideas for using Shapes Etc. notepads including:

  • Decorations
  • Notes
  • Crafts projects
  • Party invitations
  • Word cards
  • Handmade books
  • Photo frames
  • Matching games

Shapes Etc. Notepads are made in the U.S.A.

For less than $3.00 a pack, I can make learning fun and show off my kid’s attractive work. These are an awesome teacher gift and a fun stocking stuffer idea for kids.

Hello there,

I use your shapes all the time in my kindergarten classroom; I just love them!  Recently I've made some sight word flash card sets along with sight word games to use with my students.  I have had a few parents inquire about purchasing the sets from me, and I've also been asked about selling them at our school craft fair...

Thank you so much!

My husband and I sponsor 6 girls through Compassion International, just thought you would like to know that your products are ideal for sending to them for birthdays and special occasions. Since what we can send is limited, these make great gifts and the kids are happy to get them. We also put them in shoeboxes for the Samaritans Purse program called Operation Christmas Child.

Keep up the good work!
Diane
